Photo Tuesday, tilt-shift Seattle edition

Some are real, some were done in post-production. All were taken in and around Seattle, and all but two from a helicopter. Can you tell which were taken with a tilt-shift lens and which where taken with a standard lens and then altered in Photoshop?
